The entire accommodation, including your room, is equipped with air-conditioning. You can regulate the temperature in the room according to your individual needs. If the windows or the windows are open, the air conditioning system stops working

There are K&H, OTP, CIB and Euronet bank branches and ATMs nearby, approx. 300 meters away. It is possible to exchange money in banks and official currency exchange offices.

Depending on our capacity, we can provide the following equipment: high chair in the restaurant, side table, plastic cutlery, plates, baby bed, baby bathtub, toilet restrictor.

We provide our guests bathrobes upon request. Please inquire at the reception. In case of possible loss, we charge compensation!

Our rooms are cleaned every day between 10:00 and 14:00. 🧹 Please note that if the ‘do not disturb’ sign is out during this time, our colleagues will not be able to do the daily cleaning. Bedlinens are changed at least 2 times a week, usually on the 3rd day as well as the towels. 

Our buffet breakfast is available to our guests at the following times:
7:00-10:00 (Monday to Friday)
7:30-10:30 (Saturday, Sunday, public holidays).

The consumption of freshly ground coffee, tea and filtered water is free all day in the lobby.

By entering the breakfast room, you accept our house rules, as mentioned in the following:

Taking any food or beverage out of the breakfast room that is served during breakfast time is not allowed. If somebody would like to take extra food out of the room please ask our colleagues about the extra fee.

If you are going on an excursion or business trip early in the morning and time does not allow you to have breakfast in our restaurant, we will be happy to put together a breakfast package for you at your request, which you can take with you. Please inform the reception of your request of this kind the day before.

On the day of arrival, our guests can occupy the rooms from 2 p.m., of course, in case of earlier arrival – if the free room capacity allows – it is possible to check in earlier, and we can provide a package room.
Check-out time on the day of travel is 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is also possible at our hotel, please inquire at the reception for details and current fees.

We can provide a baby bed with baby bedding upon request. For more information, please contact the reception.

You can get to Deák Ferenc tér directly from Déli Pályaudvar in 7 minutes.

Our accommodation is cleaned daily between 10:00 and 14:00. If you do not request cleaning on a given day, please hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the door handle.
If you would like our colleagues NOT to disturb you at all in your room during your stay at the accommodation, you have the option of opting out of daily cleaning. In this case, please indicate your intention in person at the reception by filling out a declaration of intent.

If you have a complaint or comment about anything during your stay, please notify the reception immediately.

The accommodation has an elevator. Please do not use the elevator in case of emergency or fire alarm!

The emergency exit closest to your room has been indicated on the escape route on the inside of the room entrance door. Emergency exits are indicated by illuminated signs.

FIRE PROTECTION REGULATIONS:
● Please study the escape route attached to the inside of your room door.
● You will find a fire extinguisher in the corridor. All our rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.
● In the event of a fire, the emergency siren is activated automatically.
● When you leave your room, take your key with you so you can get back in if the hallways are filled with smoke.
● Go to the nearest emergency exit.
● Do not use the elevator.
● If the hallways are filled with smoke, try to stay near the floor where there is more oxygen and better visibility, or return to your room.
● If you cannot leave your room, turn off the air conditioner and fill the gap under the door with a wet towel. The heated door tightens to prevent smoke from entering the room.
● Protect your head and body with a wet towel. If necessary, breathe through the towel to protect your lungs.
● Stand in front of the window so the firefighters can see you. Try to draw attention to yourself.

The nearest grocery store is Príma, a 1-2 minute walk from us, Krisztina krt. under 37, open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day from Monday to Sunday. If you need a 24/7 store, Manna ABC can be an excellent choice, located at Alkotás utca 1a.

Broadband wireless internet (WiFi) is available throughout the accommodation. Access is free of charge for our hotel guests.

Our hotel’s laundry is available to our guests.
If you want to use our service, find our reception. Please always attach a laundry or ironing list to the items to be washed and ironed, which you can request at the reception.

In our rooms, the bed linen is changed 2 times a week (every 3 days). If you would like bed linen to be changed daily, please let the reception know.

If you find an unattended item or lose/miss something, please notify our colleagues at the reception immediately.

Upon early arrival/late check-out, our guests’ luggage will be stored in our luggage room free of charge until the room is occupied/departure.

If you come across a device or equipment in need of repair, damaged, inoperable or not working properly at the accommodation, please report it to the reception.

Smoking is prohibited in the communal areas and rooms of our accommodation based on current legislation.
If you smoke in a non-smoking room or in any area of the accommodation, we charge a cleaning fee of €200. Our guests can find the designated smoking area next to the entrance on the ground floor.

In the 1st district of Budapest, 4% of the booked accommodation fee must be paid as tourist tax.

In our rooms, we provide 1 bathtub outlet and 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person. To protect our environment, if you would like to use the towel again, please return it to its holder. If you ask for a towel to be changed, please leave it on the bathroom floor. Towels are changed at least 2 times a week (every 3 days), if you want a daily change, please contact the reception.

Free umbrella rental is available for our guests. Umbrellas can be found at the reception in a storage container.

The amendment to Act CLVI of 2016 on State Functions Pertaining to the Development of Tourism Regions entered into effect on 1 January 2021. The amendment requires accommodation providers to store the data specified by law from accommodation service users in the data storage location designated by the Government for the purposes specified in the Act.
The hosting service provider specified by the Government is the Hungarian Tourism Agency (HTA).
The HTA’s hosting tasks introduced in the amendemnt are performed by the Closed Guest Information Database system (Vendég Információs Zárt Adatbázis, VIZA).
When the user of the accommodation service logs in, the accommodation provider records the following data using the document reader:
– first name and family name;
– first name and family name at birth;
– place and date of birth;
– sex;
– citizenship;
– mother’s first name and family name at birth;
– the identification data on the identity card or travel document (for guests who are at least 14 years old).
The identification data of the document suitable for personal identification or travel document
(in the case of a guest over the age of 14).
